  • miriam is great for brunch. and maybe the new ethiopian for dinner?

    xo
  • I hear Fuel has a little something extra...
  • Did Ghenet last time and it was great. If he's up for it I'd go again if only to get two orders of the Asa Tiklil (tuna tartar wrap) -so yummy!

Has anyone tried the new thai place on 5th between Lincoln and Berkeley?
  • i hear the wraps are Fuel are good

    edit: damn
  • So we had the KiKu lunch delivery yesterday and that was a big meal at a very good price: $7-8 for 2 rolls, 2 shrimp dumplings, miso soup or salad.

Tried the new thai place on 5th ave between Berkeley and Lincoln: had appitizers: dumplings, short ribs (?), and something else I can't remember. All cheap and very good.

Other spots: Sheep Station for mussels and lamb sandwich
Alchemy for dinner of battered talapia with guac/corn salsa, duck with cherry confit, calalmari, braised ribs... all excellent.

The good part of having family over is getting to eat out.
