Feeling the Red Hot (2) Love!
They... Have.. Lunch... Specials... on SATURDAYs!!!
(or at least today)
Got one today and it was pretty good. Ready to go in like 4 minutes as before and was very tasty. The hot and sour soup was on par with how it was normally before (not as good as the incredible days, but still tasty) and our veggies were done well.
And all the lunch specials are still below $6... on the stuff I normally get, the prices were raised like 10-40 cents. :-) That I can live with.

I went by at 2:30 and there was a good crowd. Maybe I'll have to give it another chance

Ordered last night and found it good as ever.

is there an eat-in lunch special? I have a takeout menu and don't see one on there...

We got the lunch special to go.. but we did order it there, not delivery.
Maybe they would deliver if you were ordering a couple of them? They have lunch special menus you can pick up at the restaurant. -
The fiance and I ate there saturday.
it was so good
no wait
very clean
my meal (brocoli/garlic) was very fresh!
hers was also great (mix veggies)
hot and sour soup rocked as usual
The new owner/manager? was really nice. We chatted for a while and expressed how greatful they had the balls to re-open.
Someone wanted something that was apparently once on the menu but no longer was, they explained the ingrediants to the manager guy, he went to the back and apparently whipped it up. The couple said he nailed it... so if there is something you used to like but don't see, just ask. -
I had the Chicken with black bean sauce the other day and well if you like a lot, I mean a lot, of onions then this is for you. I'd say 90% onions, 7% chicken, 3% snow peas.

I love Red Hot, but how many threads do we need on one restaurant?
What is the new owner's relationship with/to the previous owner? -
