Hi. I admit: I am getting very discouraged. Everything seems overpriced and too small. I have lived in Park Slope for 4 1/2 years and, alas, my building was sold and the new landlords wish to use the apt. for dubious purposes. Anyway, have you ever walked into way too many apartments that just are so overpriced and much too small? Have you walked around with one too many realtors? I am looking for 850 (ish) sq feet, feline friendly, wood floors, gas stove, would like outdoor space but not essential. It's just for me. I'm looking in Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Bay Ridge, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Windsor Terrace, Kensington... Appreciate any leads.

Is there a website or a broker or a management company one can contact for info on this place? I've seen it mentioned a lot on DH and I'm kind of interested in checking it out too.
  • You can just call the rental manager at 718 636 3888
