Where can I buy cheap flowers weekly in Bed Stuy? I don't want to take a train to go and buy flowers.

It's not Bed-Stuy but the guy with the shopping cart on the corner of Hall Street and Myrtle Avenue has some nice ones.

if the link doesn't work, just go on Yelp, then search in the neighborhood of Bed Stuy, for Flowers.
