lady really got balls or think i forgotten.

this lady whom use our services before. requested us to show up at 12 noon few months back. we told her we got a 1pm opening instead. she was like fine etc.... plus it was a last min thing, we put her in cause she was a old client. she said she only got 1 item.


so my brother shows up at 12:40 something. she wasn't ready. she wasnt ready till like 2pm plus. almost 3pm. but with a freaking apartment full of stuff. we had other clients for the day.

now she gots 2 drop offs instead of one.


i told them we had other people thats been waiting for us. so i told my brother to drop her off at the first drop off.

go pickup the next client. which only had 1 item and than drop these peoples things off at the second stop.

since the next client been waiting for a long time.

anyway these people where bitching about how we can't do this to them. i was like hmm you guys were late and lied about how much stuff you have etc.... just wait 1 hr and you'll finish your job.


so they didn't pay and got majority of their stuff into their storage. they said they'll wait for us. when we finish with the next job, came back about 1 hr later. they weren't there. we ask for the payment. they didn't bother to pickup the phone for a week.

now a few months later. she calls me asking me if i could do a few jobs for her. i'm like you think i forgotten you didn't pay us last time and wasted hours of hour time?

she was like oh its not for me its for my clients. i'm like don't think so.
