How Obama became acting President

Frank Rich nails it again. I am thoroughly enjoying the mass confusion being suffered by the McCain camp and Republicans in general who are struggling to explain just how non-existent McCain's momentum is.

The Neocon dream of a permanent majority seems just about over. Also over: the Neocon dream that 110,000-150,000 US troops can remain in Iraq indefinitely, spending $10 BILLION A MONTH in a war with no exit strategy, no plan for success, and no definition of victory, all in an effort to obscure Neocon responsibility for one of the worst foreign policy blunders in US history.
