Besides the Tea Lounge, the only other place I've seen this guy near 321, but he wasn't doing his building. Anyone have any idea where he does his thing now that the Tea Lounge closed?

I saw this guy once a few months ago at Red Horse Cafe making some creation. He adds a straw to the creation, stares at it for a long time, gets frustrated, walks around, and stares again. I found it quite humors, as well as distracting from the work I was suppose to be doing there. Oh well.
  • He'd have lots to work with if he was at the Tea Lounge last week. A demolition crew was smashing the bar and more w/a sledgehammer.
  • There was a demolition crew at the tea lounge?! this means that the space is already rented!

I heard the landlord wanted 12k per month from the tea lounge and they decided to fold because they could not afford it. Guess someone else agreed to give him the 12k.

I was sure it would remain vacant for a long time.

    Glad I was wrong.

Anyone have any idea whats opening up at the space?
  • I have a lot of pictures of this guy working on drinking straw sculptures inside tea lounge
  • He's at the Starbucks on 7th Ave a lot.
  • From Tea Lounge to Starbucks? Fucking sell out.... it used to be about the art.....
