Beer Table rocks!

I've have to go check it out.

Muggle, it's on 7th and 13th-ish (can't remember exact street).

Can you get hard booze there or only beer?

The owners Justin and Trish are freaking awesome and the atmosphere kicks ass. Also be aware that it fills up pretty quickly on weekends because the whole place only holds about 25 people.

Agreed. It does rock- if you are a beer lover. I am. It can get pricey but you have access to all these great beers you can't get anywhere else or even would think of trying. And a lot of the beers have high alcohol %, so more bang for your buck? Trish and Justin are great and make good recommendations.

It's only beer, but by only, I mean Awesome. And as one who usually hits the hard stuff (gin, rum, vodka, scotch) I have to say that Beer Table is really worth it.
The owners (presumably the owners, a bro and sis) have an incredible knowledge of beers. It's more like ordering wine.
They have a giant list that changes regularly and wow there's a lot to choose from.
You might be able to get the same beers BeerTable has at some other venues, but not in Park Slope and certainly not in as long as list (that I personally know of, but then again, I don't usually seek this sort of thing out).
It can be expensive, but then again, you can go to Bar 4 nearby if you wanna get hammered on Buds (though Bar 4 is extending their tap so I should not diss them).
Beer Table is more of a place for refined drinking and comfortable socializing. That end of the slope is really nice right now.

Plus, I doubt strollers would fit there ;-)

Ahhh, all I know is that he once said someone who was working there was his sister (or sister in law, or I was not hearing him correctly). Eitherway, the two seem really cool. Thanks for the clarification. I don't wanna start any weird/uncomfortable rumors :-)

i went last night for the first time. brought a friend who was in from out of town.

while i loved the owners and the place itself (and of course my beer) the place was so hot, we almost didn't stay.

i could not WAIT to get out of there.

one beer and we were out. it must have been 100 degrees in there.

Speaking of BEER, did you know that GRAB, across the street in the same area, has beer on tap for sale?
