Is this today?

Did some Googling -- it's tomorrow.

If it is a night out against crime why does it end at 9pm?
It is after 9pm where I start to get nervous walking around alone on empty dimly lit blocks.... -
@ brooklynleather: excellent point, i think it's to make it "kid friendly" different communities do it different ways; some do get together and walk the streets at night
sorry about the missing date, thx for the back up -
I hope that there will be some discussion about the 9 year old boy that got shot in the head last night (08/04/08) in front of the Weeksville houses.

what a tragedy

i am sure this will be spoken about many times during the National Night Out event
and today/tonight is an excellent time for the community as a whole to show their outrage about gun violance in the community.
make this shooting more than just a news blip
please join us in Brower Park and help strengthen our community's fight for safe streets.
Howdy, Stranger!
