Thinking of renting here. Two of us and a 2 year old. Any opinions from people in the area. Kid friendly? ANy green space? Good markets?

Great area but steer clear of 451 State. Crazyness. Not sure there are parks right in that area, though. You'll need to walk a at least a few blocks.
