WANTED: Studio/alcove studio/1 bdrm - close to F/G - $1300
Hello,
Single professional with a secure stable income is looking for an apartment in the areas close to F/G train or with an easy transfer to these trains (e.g., definitely interested in Brooklyn Heights, Fort Green, etc. - not that I can get anything decent in this price range in these areas ;( but Prospect Heights is not convenient). My budget is $1300 max. No pets.
Move-in date is flexible up until the end of September (my ex is staying in the current location, so I'm not breaking the lease).
I'm not interested in anything South of Kensington. No basements please. I need reasonable amount of space, especially closet space. I understand that everything is a trade off (i.e., space and location, etc.) but at this point in my life I do not want to live without storage space (I've seen quiet a few apartments like this in PS), I would rather live in Kensington. Apartment needs to be in a decent condition, especially the bathroom - pre-war buildings are cool but pre-war bathtubs are not.
Only NO FEE apartments, please. If you are a broker and you have no fee apartments, I would be happy to hear from you.
Thanks a lot and I look forward to hearing from you!
