  • confirms my suspicion that all those type-A Wall Street males who work all those hours are leaving those "sexy mamas" in the lurch :lame:
  • We need a strip club with diaper changing tables too!

Kids learning about sex in safe, healthy environments is a good thing. Kids learning about getting off solo style (increased masturbation might decrease teen pregnancies, the spread of herpes, etc.) and feeling positive about their bodies could be a good thing. Maybe sex stores can have a safe, healthy role in kids sex education. Who knows?

What annoys me more is 8 year olds learning about drinking as was the case yesterday at 6pm at common wealth. I do not go to the bar to hang out with kids!
  • Soon there won't be any bars to go to...

Maybe you could try drinking in playgrounds in retaliation.
  • It never ceases to amaze me that some people are still under the horribly mistaken impression that any patron of a sex shop must be terribly sexually unsatisfied. For banging's sake, people, sex shops are more often frequented by those of us in very gratifying relationships than by those who are stunted in that department. There is nothing about a vibrator that says a woman's man isn't pleasing her!

It's 2008. I guess I always hope people will grow up at some point and leave the very puritan American attitude toward sex in the past.

Yeah that's Park Slope alright. Parents letting their kids run around smacking other customers and displays with a big blue dildo. I really think people need to start controlling their kids a little better. If you are going to let them have one of those then let them sit and play quietly with it.

  • Reminds me of that ikea ad:

  • According to the Brownstoner comment thread, it's the proprietor's kid. Just learning the family biz, i guess.

I prefered to think that he was sent in there to decommission the incandescent display lightbulb with his "vibratory phaser gun" in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of Park Slope. But I guess I was wrong.
