I'm moving into this building soon, and would love to hear about the building, the block, etc. (Apologies if there's already a thread on this - I couldn't find a search function.)

    Thanks, CHFBrian! Will definitely check out Rustik - we didn't notice it when we were househunting, so it's a pleasant surprise to have a local bar. Do you know if there's a block association or anything similar?

    Not that I'm aware of. I know there's been talk on our side on getting one going, but we have enough headaches with our own little owner's association :)
