Illegally Parked Tractor Trailer Truck On Bergen Street
My neighbors and I have called 311 regarding this red truck parked on Bergen Street bet. Brooklyn & New York Avenues since Saturday. As of this morning it's still there. Isn't it illegal to park a vehicle with commerical plates on a residential street? Surprisingly, it has not been ticketed, even though yesterday it was on the wrong side of alternate side parking. Does anyone know what other recourse my neighbors and I have to get this truck removed from our street?

It finally had a ticket on the window this morning, but it's still there and taking up parking spots.

Yes...I saw that it was ticketed this morning and it's about time. I understand that this may not be a priority to our local precinct, but it has been there since late Friday night/Saturday morning, by this point I think NYPD should be interested as to why a big truck (commerical plates) has been parked on a residential block for six days without being moved.
