Yay! A review of my new favorite bar and a new blog! I'll bookmark the blog so I can keep up with what you're writing--it was a fun read!

As for the bar, I've been named the first regular. (And pints are really pints--I can vouch for it!)

I went there the other day for the first time, it was nice. They did not have foods yet (the owner Patric said they were opening the kitchin sometime soon) They are going to have rotating tap and planning to have some local beers....cool. I like Toby's a lot and their pizza is awesome but their beer selection is somehow limited.

Calling all queers: lets take this place over... this hood is filled with yuppies, it's time to let them know who is boss! Any one interested?

I think that you should wait til September 21, when the kitchen opens! I was just there last night--the place is still coming together, but I really love it. I have to admit, though, that I'm prejudiced because Noel is my favorite bartender of all time.

I'll see you there! I will be eating and drinking aplenty.

I used to be a regular at The Gate, which is a mere block from home, but I followed Noel over to his new place because he's really laid back--there's never any attitude from him. And he has great taste in music. I'm really rooting for this place to do well!

And any place that is only semi-open, as Safe Haven was last night, but will open for me because I say, "Can I please have a drink?" is a place I love.
