    Pit puppies are just about the cutest damn things, I can never walk by one without stopping to pet them. My girl is a huge beast now who thinks she's cat sized and can fit on my lap. I would love to get another pit as a puppy but I usually don't get to pick my pets, they pick me. :)

    I have one too who actually looks kinda like yours and her half golden retriever daughter. I wanted her to have a full breed litter but she picks her boyfriends not me. I still want her to have that pure litter but 3 dogs is way too much in the city. Both of mine are 50+ lbs and think they are lapdogs too. If she has the litter though I will pm you.

    Well, it's just an idle thought right now. I have another dog too (the sheperd mix in my pic) who I found tied up outside my building a little over 12 years ago. He's 13 though and my girl is 5, I know when he's gone she'll be lonely with only kitties to play with. I'm trying to prepare myself for the inevitable but I'll be an absolute wreck when he goes. I like to think that he'll send me the next dog I'm supposed to have. Which means I'll end up with another bossy brat who hates being ignored!

    Thanks for the offer though. What does her daughter look like? A pit/golden mix sounds adorable!

    Believe it or not she looks alot like a black lab with her mothers white patch on her chest. All the puppies came out mostly black which is amazing as the father is yellow and the mother brindle. Pit body with retriever head shape and floppy ears. Her hair is just slightly longer than pit hair.

    Genetics are a funny thing, one of her parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents was probably black. Even people who know their dog's bloodline for generations are surprised sometimes with puppies they don't expect.
