I just found a(nother) giant "water bug" (aka fucking cockroach). WTF?! My house is cleaner than it's ever been and there is no food or anything around to tempt them.

Luckily, my two kittehs cornered the bastard and I squashed him, but these things skeeve me out and I'm tired of it.

I don't want to spray chemicals everywhere. I guess I have to replace my huge cockroach models/high-rise condos

Eek! We haven't spotted one in a couple months now. This after seeing 3 in about 3 days at the highest, and a handful of more (all singly) over the previous few months before.

We're trying to be more clean, but I don't think that had a whole lot to do with in to begin with. Both apartments in this building have been sprayed a couple months ago by a pro, and both of us laid boric acid, and lots of traps, as well as sealed up a lot of the holes around pipes and such with expandable foam.

I'd like to think the multi-prong approach -- by both of us in the building at the same time -- has something to do with the lack of them lately. Of course, I keep thinking we're gonna spot another any night now....

A neighbor might be less cleanly, so you could be getting these visitors from 'abroad'.
