NSFW: Topless Protest in South Beach

These ladies are protesting their right to be topless anyplace that a man can. They certainly have my vote. Maybe we can ask Barack to issue an Executive Order... :afro:

  • I though you were an ASS, man? :^o
  • As usual, the women who engage in these protests are ugly.
  • Actually JAH, women are legally allowed to be topless on ALL NYC public beachs and possibly public parks too (im not positive about the parks). This law came about in 1995ish when a few feminist rode the subway topless in protest that a man can ride topless but when women do they are arrested for indecent exposure. From this ruling it is also now illegal for men to ride the subway without a shirt.
