Atomic Wings on 9th!!!!!!!!!

Comments

  • Yippeeee! Another chain restaurant to help make us fat.
  • you know what, I was excited when I first saw the sign in the window. Then I started thinking about how every chain hot wings place I've ever been to has those tiny little over-fried gross wings with no meat on them, and I think I'll probably stick with Bonnie's.
    Mmmmm Bonnies hot wings.
  • Ok ok yeap but Atomic Wings has THE BEST honey BBQ wings and they started doing this thing called Chicken Littles that are basically fingers with dipping sauce. I know what I sound like but I swear I have no affiliation only a sometimes habit for them at Blue Room in Manhattan.
  • Bonnie's. Accept no substitute. Mike's from Buffalo (former partner, Anthony is too. So was his dad, Bonnie).
  • I am far from a health food nut but I can't get excited about this opening and I only live a block away. The bakery that was in the space was never a favorite but every once in a while I would go in and get some over priced cake to bring to a friend's house or something. I just know I won't be walking in to any place called Atomic Wings. But, so what!! I have no problem with new stores opening that other people in the hood want to be there and will frequent. So.. best of luck to this place.
  • Subject: YES!

I agree on the Honey BBQ wings. Some of the best wings I have ever had.
  • yum!!! i love the turkey burgers from this place, and they deliver in like 5 minutes. can't wait.

    Wait, Bonnie's a DUDE????
  • Yes, where is Bonnie's? And, I went to school in Buffalo in the mid/late 1980's, and I recommend the wings at the Dram Shop. They are the best Buffalo wings I've had in ages. Check them out.
  • Yeah, Bonnie was Anthony's dad. I don't really remember but it might've been a nickname based on his last.

It's on 5th ave at 1st St across from Commerce, next to Blue Ribbon - probably been there at least a decade now.
