clothes donation dropoffs/pickups

is there a place within walking distance of PH to drop off clothes for donation? or is there someplace that will come pick them up?

    Salvation Army on Flatbush?

    Watch out for those big red metal bins. I believe that the company that puts those out then resells the clothes and keeps the proceeds.

    I just got something in the mail I think yesterday or this weekend. There is now a Goodwill drop off location on Franklin Avenue. Im not sure if its Franklin and Atlantic or Franklin and Fulton..

    Any chance you still have that piece of mail? I have a bunch of clothes I want to drop off, and the person I spoke with at Goodwill didn't know of a drop off location on Franklin. She pointed me to the store on 258 Livingston St which is kind of a haul.

    New Goodwill Store is at 1100-1104 Fulton Street (off of Franklin). The grand opening is December 8.
