Which neighborhood does Washington Ave. across from the Botanic, down from the Museum fall into? Prospect or Crown Heights?

I liken this to the Flatbush divide of Prospect Heights and Park Slope - west side is the end of Prospect Heights, East side is the beginning of Crown Heights.

Allow me to declare that part of Washington Ave adjacent to the Botanic (South of Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum and North of Empire Boulevard) "Botanic Garden" -
Crown Heights down to Empire.
