I dread this day every year. I cry all morning and like a fool I have to watch and listen when they read all the names. My heart breaks for everyone. My thoughts are always there...and you? I think this needed to be mentioned. We can not forget.

I'm with ya. This morning when the N was on the bridge eveyone put down their papers and looked out at downtown. It's a pretty somber day all around.

Actually I found people to be really nice today. I sneezed on the train and someone said bless-you. Some guy accidentally tapped my foot and he said excuse me. It's like how people were a month after 9/11 before everyone went back to being assholes.

I've had a headache all day and I've been a total grump all day. When I get home I'll be able to see the towers of light from my bedroom window. That's always mesmerizing.

It's just so sad. The whole thing, 9/11 and what has been happening. After 7 years we still have not solve anything. I just hope the upcoming election helps things to go better, even a little bit.
