Mostly quality of life issues in the neighborhood. Its a great way to meet your commanding officer and other officers of the precinct. You also have your local elected officials or their community representative there. As far as banning car alarms, horns or things of that nature I believe you need to contact your city council person for that (Tish James - 718-260-9191). You should come and see what its like. These meetings keep you informed with whats going on in the area.
