What was the name of the butcher shop next to Nat's Cleaners? The butchers used to slice veal cutlets very thin. I remember watching in amazement that they would slice and pound a little meat into so many cutlets.

Hi Everyone, WOW i just read all the stuff for the first time in a couple of days and you could feel everyones excitment.. Anyway I was down Hylan Blvd. today and thought it might help who ever dosn't know the area to well (Cleavland av.) It is right by Nelson av. (its a more recognized av.) if your coming from Brooklyn (on Hylan Blvd.) and you see Nelson av. that means you've past it.. If your coming from NJ on Hylan Blvd. and you see Nelson av. then you make a right after Nelson Av. Just thought that might help...

I recently joined. I grew up on 20th Street & 8th Avenue in the 70's and 80's. Went to Holy Name and Bishop Ford. Now reside in Sarasota, Florida. I wish I can join the re-union. Hope every has a good time. I do think about Park Slope often. I have many good memories of living on 20th Street and 8th Avenue.

Tina Joy - Thanks for telling Ralph Trocchio about the site. We've talked on the phone recently and caught up on some things. Going to see him on Sunday at the reunion. TINA YES it is me ( mil's sis-n -law ) Last I saw you was in Farrell. My son is no longer there. Off to college. Seems one minute I was doing driving lessons with him and the next Puff !! he is gone.

Hey Annmarie, I lost about a 140 pounds just for this reunion.. LOL. I don't think my Moms coming, still not sure.. And my brother say's he's working..I only use turtle wax for a good shine..
