the book is available from the press, and also from amazon. sometimes they are out of stock at amazon, but apparently that's because they're really annoying with small presses once the first run sell out and will only order a couple books at a time, based on orders. they seem to get back in stock quickly.
(i wish to state for the record that neither the editor nor i wrote the weirdly shill-y review. we're not sure who did.)

and we'll have them at the reading, of course.
as you know, mamac, i am always up for tacos. but though i have walked from CH many times -- all the better to really DESERVE that huarache -- i now prefer 2/3/4 to wall street, ferry to ikea. -
