Subject: My Official "We're moving to Bushwick" Party

Yes, the time has come. We've been priced out, and we're off to the next 'hood. Help us take a break from last minute packing, and have a beer!

WHERE: Buttermilk Bar, 5th ave and 16th St
WHEN: Friday September 26th, 10pm till we can't take it anymore
BARTENDING: The awesome Jill

I'd love to see everyone there. I'm sad that I won't get you see everyone as often! And if we haven't met, come on by anyway! I need all motivation I can get to ride my bike over for future Brooklynian events.

Also, if you send me your email, I'll add you to my official Evite.

    Congrats on your new apartment. Must be exciting....new friends/neighbors/bars and resturants to discover. I would have loved to come and meet you, but I got guests from England. Gotta take them to the chip shop.

    Lo Kee....rents will not go down. its wishful thinking. if anything they will go up (with more apartments getting off stabilization status). Recently I went to see an apartment in pk slope and offered $75 below asking...It ended up renting for $50 OVER asking!

    Bummer! In fact - double bummer! Bummer #1 - you're leaving the 'hood, and bummer #2 - I can't make it to Buttermilk on Friday.

    Once you've scoped out Bushwick, we'll have to do a bike ride over to some cool spots.

    Awww. Sorry you guys can't come. Don't worry, though, we'll still be visiting the 'hood. Especially PH and Clinton Hill.

    And, yes, we should definitely have a Bushwick happy hour. I've already heard from Whatchuwant and Candissima that Wreck Room is cool.
