    Vinny no lmy sisters aren't coming, they're in their snobby years lol!
    I'll be at the club until 9pm you can brings the kids if you want mine will be there. Gabby stays all day she is 11 the boys will be in and out Christina and Danielle have to work. Gotta run and get the hot dogs call my cell or house later tonight.

    Marcy - did you live on 20th near 6th Ave.? If so, our backyards touched and we (me) use to hop the fence to swim in your pool and vice-versa. I'm Karen from 6th (my sisters are Margaret & Constance and my cousins Marie & Charles lived in in the same house). I remember your brothers and your sister (who was very little the last time I saw her - guess not anymore!) and your mom, Zoe! How is everyone and where do you live now? Like most folks, I'm in SI. I'm sorry you're not coming, maybe next time!

    Patsy, everyone is fine, all in new jersey, including Fran and my brother Peter. They moved here the year after us in 87. Ellen is a secretary at East Brunswick HS,Gina teaches science at Old Bridge HS and has two kids. Paul is a vice principal up in Paterson and has three kids. Can't believe five grandchildren, anyway thanks for asking, I'm sure Ellen (Pizzini, if anyone is wondering) will want to say hi, have a great time at the reunion.

    PHOTO TIME... Just spent an hour in my basement finding pictures and I am truly overwhelmed...

    First my DISCLAIMER...... To My Park Slope Friends Out There:

    If pictures of me with your current husband, show up at the Reunion, remember it was before you were 'born.' Names will not be changed to protect the innocent, nor will the memories be deleted.

    All I kept saying is "OMG" as I looked through the boxes. Unfortunately,
    many of my school pictures got ruined in a flood (which I don't recall?) and half the class is gone. But my some of my classmates throughout all of grammar school:

    Elizabeth Affisco, Bernadette VanHack, Linda Calciano, Lucille DeCanio, Peter Giglio, Pat Maslankowski. (Hi Paul Giglio, I see you joined us... My best to Ellen! Hung w/her many years ago in 23rd St. park with
    DeeDee Scharalli & Nancy Savarese. They were a treesome when we
    met. I think I was afraid of them at first.)

    DEBBIE B-Siciargo and BARBARA Spencer - Us singing at the Bank on 9th St. PETER GIGLIO there also. Debbie, we were standing next to each other.

    TERRY, JUDY & CAROL - Too much to write re our pictures... and Judy, Carol, and CONNIE MONTIJO - your WEDDING pictures.

    oh my GOD... the blackmail pictures of Me and Gay in Miami Beach; and
    JUDY and CAROL - more blackmail pictures of another time in Miami Beach.
    (I just put a 1972 picture of me in a bikini on my refrigerator; of course Frank said, "Who is that?")

    and DANNY - yes, I found the pictures of you at my kitchen table. You had a big cigarette hanging out of you mouth. Then there is a picture of us in my mother's bedroom (don't get excited, she took the picture), and
    then a picture of you and her. Terry, you are there with pincurls in your
    hair???? It was June 1972; maybe getting ready for Carol's wedding?

    and the BEST picture of all -- TERRY, GAY, all - you had my 18th Birthday party at the Gridiron - 3/19/1970 the picture is dated. What's amazing is that I had been going to the Gridiron for so many years before that picture was taken - and I just turned 18 that day. SALUTE !

    All I can say - is 1970 was a great year!!!

    Do you have the picture w/Me, you, Gay and Jamsy walking on 5th Ave. Gay's cousin Seamus was visiting from Ireland. We had exact outfits on and Jamsy took a picture of us from behind. Makes me want to go look for more pictures, but I already made a mess down there..

    FRAN: Saw all the posts about Gay(Grace to me). Sure sounds like you had some great times. I'll tell you she was one of the few people that could really, really make me laugh. Such great memories. I think of her often. Anyway, I saw her old boss today and told him about the reunion and how there would be friends of Grace there and he said, yes, I'm sure Grace will be there too!

    PAUL GIGLIO: So glad to see you on the board. Aren't you happy I told you about it? Are you going to the reunion?

    Like many of us, I MISS HER so much and even more so now that we're all getting together. We'll keep her alive as with everyone else, by sharing the stories...

    TO ALL REGARDING : What else -- THE REUNION

    I know this is on most of our minds as we get closer to the day. And I keep trying to resist reverting back to my 'trainer days' and create
    structure around this event.... But - I PROPOSE:

    Sometime after the Reunion starts, and when we feel most have arrived.
    I think we should take the time to say a

    -> Prayer of thanks for bringing us together
    -> Remember our families and friends who can't be with us

    And just take a moment of silence, or whatever you think it is appropriate.
    Nothing too dramatic; something respectful to acknowlege all!

    I would be happy to lead that 'prayer/recognition' if you'd like.

    YES, YES, YES. I PUTH THAT PHOTO IN MY ALBUM TO TAKE TO THE REUNION. I REMEMBER AS IF IT WAS YESTERDAY JAMSIE TAKING A PHOTOS OF ALL OUR ASSES IN THE SAME OUTFITS. OMG AS I PUT IT IN THE BOOK I WAS THINKING ABOUT THAT DAY AND HOW HE SHOT THAT PHOTO OF US.
    OUR SAT. WALKS TO LADY FAIR WHEN I WAS NOT WORKING THERE...
    WE DID NOT HAVE MUCH BUT WE ALWAYS DRESSED SO NICE. REMEMBER EXCHANGING OUTFITS AND WEARING THEM TO THE GRID IRON.. MY FAVORITE WAS A GEEN BLOUSE I THINK WITH A STRIPE DOWN THE BLOUSE AND PANTS I THINK IN A PUMPKIN COLOR. MY LONG LONG HAIR SO STRAIGHT. AS WE ALWAYS SING TO EACH OTHER "THOSE WERE THE DAYS MY FRIEND WE THOUGHT THEY NEVER END.. GUESS WHAT THEY HAVE NOT ...HERE WE ARE STILL GOING STRONG THANK GOD.
