Pat Gagliardi;
It was so good to see you all. Our children and grandchildren will never have what we had and it sad to know that. We didn't know how lucky we weregrowing up and having everyone living around us. There was always someone outside to play with or talk to. 22st. was a family. Your neighbors were just as much your family as your family. My kids till today say the best house was sonny and jeanette. Sonny had the best closet. When halloween came that was the first house to go to. When we went to Ellen and Mike's house a few years ago with my family and Mickey and his wife your mother brought a bowl of fried meatballs. No one made them like her. We had and affair a few weeks ago and they had meatballs and my daughter came over and said "Mom you know whose meatballs they taste like" I'm so glad they have some memories of 22 St. and your family also. Hope to talk to you soon. Give my love to the whole family. -
HI, this is JANET on Marilyn's computer. We can't find the password (wireless) for me to use on my laptop, so I cannot use it. We had a great time. James Oliva looked great as did Billy Brown. Many others did also, as Mildred and Ralphie Trocchio. Guess the are too many people to mention.
Went all over the neighborhood yesterday and took a lot of pictures. Saw Jerry Lockwood and was surprised that he didn't know about the reunion nor did Lucille Nardo. I may go to Saint John's today. Jerry said a painter is working in there, restoring it and adding family names to the wall. He said it is open from 7:30 to 4 every week day.
Will report back later. -
Terry- Because you live on Gilligan's Island, this is going to be hard.
Maybe we can mail it? I will cover the cost of it. I'll get an address. Or you can send it to me. Or better yet, let's get together with the Miele's for dinner in Brooklyn. Lol.. I don't know..
Patsy did you read my take on the re-union.. The Miele's better follow through on calling me. You I trust, Carol and Pat took my number and I'm hoping I will get a call from them too. Where does Carol live in Jersey? -

Good morning to all,
I just want to say Thank you to all the people who organized that wonderful event and anyone else who worked so hard.
What a real pleasure seeing so many smiles!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a GREAT TIME and look forward to seeing all those smiles and more again!
Afterall, we need to put smiles on each other's faces.
Love and Smiles,
Carolyn, AKA, Pinky's sister
:):):)
PS, I treasure my tee shirt
GO BROOKLYN -
Janet Horan - if you see Jerry Lockwood again, get contact info for him. I used to be in touch with him. The neighborhood doesn't quite look like what we remember. Empty lots are now condos, the school is a condo. Lots of change, not so sure for the better...my house on 6th Ave. is still standing though.
Pat Gagliardi - great seeing you too. Sorry we didn't get to spend more time together.
Loretta Falcone - please call me - 212-858-1300.
Again, it was a great time on Sunday. The weather was beautiful.
Bog Horan - keep posting. You're soooo funny - you always bring a smile to my face.
Have a great day.
Karen -
Terry- You know I never got a tee shirt! And I only got one hot dog.

Billy Brown - Billy you looked great, I was glad I got to see you, so often I wondered what ever happened to your family..I was happy to hear your Mom was doing well and still on 19 th st. Please give my best to Jimmy and Elaine..
Ralphie Trocchio - What could I say, you and Maryann look fantastic ! .. You have to be the youngest looking grandparents I have ever seen... So many times I have wondered what happen to all of us 19th st. people... It was nice to see and hear we are all doing well and in good health.. Please tell Anna marie I asked.. Thanks for connecting me with Bernadette after all these years..
Pat Gagliardi - You are just too kind !! .. It is you that has not changed in the least .. You still look exactly the same.. As pretty and youthful as I remembered.. I don't know if I remember Irene Matula, did Margie live on 21 st. between 5 and 6 th.. ave.. ?If that is her, yes I remember her well.. She always hung out with Doreen Sarra. Pat don't forget to reach out to Tommy, see if he would like me to come and see him.. The last I heard from Frankie Rappa, he owned a mens clothing store on 86 st., just below 5 th ave, but that was probably 15 yrs ago...
Anthony Gags - It ws good to see you after all these years.. Looks to me like you can still HIT and play First !!
Loretta Falcone - I remember you walking up and down 19 ths st, with your St. Johns uniform.. I am glad you are well.. How and where is your brother Michael, I used to play ball with him and his buddy George Brennan. I have not seen Michael in many, many years... Tell him I said hello..
Lynjoy - Elaine would definitely like to connect with your sister Laura.. let me know your email and I will send you her phone number..
Danny/Pete - Amazing after all these years to reconnect, Glad I got to renew old friendships.. -
Again, I would like to say I had a great time. Linda Joy it was nice talking to you about my brother Frankie. He always did like blondes! Debbie Brodbeck great seeing you again after all these years. The only thing missing was you singing O Holy Night at the end. (lol). Never did get to see Charlie though. Jamsey and Brian - all our memories of Grace. Maria and Lucille, hope we can get together again with Arlene. And Alex Narducci and his wife, so many memories of the old neighborhood and you live only a few blocks away now! Karen Dritto, yes, it's true you always look the same. I think everyone looked great for 40 years later. (I hope I held my own and was at least recognizable (lol.)) Looking forward to our next meeting. Like Debbie said, maybe a cruise?
-

Good Afternoon All-
I totally agree with everyone, the party was fabulous. For the life of me I can't imagine where you girls got all the energy from. Hats off to Terry, Ann Marie, Christina and Karen for an outstanding job (in such short notice too!)
It was so nice to once again see so many familiar faces and to be with my family listening to the old stories.
I saw many people I haven't seen in decades but I must admit towards the end of the party, the girl talk that went around that table (and you know who you are) was quite educating and enlightening to say the least. Cousin Phyllis can attest to that! (Allen please tell her)
Thank you all. I haven't laughed like that since well, a very, very long time ago....
Fran La Greca -
Terry, How are you related to the Miele's ?? LOL, Patsy is this true? Is Terry your cousin?... I can't keep up to all the connections anymore.
Terry, you still can't come to the Miele/Oliva Get together--LOL
Howdy, Stranger!
