No I'd say that was kinda rude. Kwac is cool in my book and he tells it like he sees it, like everyone else does on these boards. You take it for what it is: a position on a topic. To single him out is unfair, I'm sure we can single out a lot of people on these boards for having a history of certain posts.

What Victor and KWAC do is their own business. Like I said above, I make every effort to avert my eyes when KWAC does that sorta thing here. -

Well, so far we have only seen people KWAC; a somewhat passive act of finding an incident that causes one to believe that a particular block has had a crime occur on it, likely via the use of comstat. ...but I guess it could used in a more active way, as you suggest:
"Damn, he found a crime that happened right on your block! Yea, it might of been 4 years ago and at 2 AM. ...Yea, the woman was killed by her boyfriend. ...but you are totally at risk of being murdered just walking down the street in broad daylight. So what if there are only like 100 murders by strangers a year?! You just got totally KWAC'd."

I think to be KWAC'd is to be proven wrong by fellow poster who is able to find an unlikely crime occurence.
Getting mugged in a neighborhood that is dangerous is not the same as being KWAC'd.
Saying that x block is safe, then having KWAC, Daver, or someone else find an incident from 1989 that says actually you should fear for your life at all times because it could happen to you ...that's getting KWAC'd.
Person 1: Flying is safe
KWACer: Planes crash into towers.
Person 1 was KAWC'd, even though this happended in 2001.
Person 1: Milk is good for you
KWACer: Milk killed 54 children and sickened 54000.
Person 1 was KAWC'd, even though this happended in China.
Person 1: Prospect Park is nice.
KAWCer: ...some stat about some bad thing, etc.
you get the idea. Perhaps it means "to use obscure statistics to depress a fellow blogger", or "to apply a randon incident of evil to an entire block, or neighborhood".
