Your private messages will go in a special locked folder covered in rainbows and unicorns called "FLUTE's Private Online Diary - Keep out! If you have any respect for me at all you will not read this! This means you!!!" but then your little brother will break the password, and send your private messages to everybody on the board, and then we will all read them and giggle and talk about the funniest messages using code and inside jokes, until you ask "OK everybody, what's so funny?" which will just make us laugh even harder, but eventually somebody will have sympathy for you, and they will forward you your private messages.

Either that, or look at the "messages" icon at the top of the page, second row, next to "Profile." When you have a message, it will say something like "You have 1 private message."
  • I tried it. It's fun and it works.
  • oh, i see ... hmmm ... but thank god i don't have a little brother ... then i'd be in deep
  • Has anyone figured out the difference between "Sentbox" and "Outbox"?

I think Sentbox are messages that the person has received, outbox are messages that are still waiting for the receiver to open.
  • Subject: clueless

do i just hit submit to send it?

    Yes.

To send someone a message, you can either click the "PM" icon in one of their posts, or go to your "private messages" page and hit "new post". When you are done typing, you hit "submit" to send it.
