Subject: Owl's Head park area/ sewage / smelliness factor
hi there, am new to this forum, and i already have a question! am considering moving to the area near Owl's Head park and just realized that the sewage plant is nearby... I understand from doing some research that it's been quite stinky in the past... but how has it been this year?How often does it smell, and how bearable/unbearable is it?

I live right there (next to the High School too!)
There was one....ONE time I smelled it. But it also happened to be a hot ass summer day with low tide... it was baaaad. But that was the only time.
