Apt. at Troy Ave Lincoln Pl. — Brooklynian

Apt. at Troy Ave Lincoln Pl.

I recommended a couple friends look for apartments down here in Crown Heights and they found one at Troy Ave & Lincoln Pl. I told them I'm not too familiar with that part but they'd probably want to go back west, like no further than New York or Brooklyn Ave. However, they liked the apartment and it was in their price range so they seem pretty good with that. I told them if they feel good, great, just check out the area at night.

I thought I'd also ask on here though if anyone had a better scoop on that area? Positive? Negative? Horror stories from KWAC and ParadeRest? I want it all.

There have also been numerous other non-fatal shootigs in the 3 block radius of this location over the last year or two.
  • Ya know, I should get royalties anytime someone KWACs on here without the written consent of KWAC himself.Although I'd have to agree, that corner is pretty much a shithole! 10 years ago, anytime there was any 911 call to that location, they would automatically dispatch numerous Police cars over there for safety reasons.
