Clock down on Flatbush...
The big street clock on Flatbush at Sterling (in front of the newstand and Prospect Perk) was lying on its side, uprooted from the street when I just walked by. Does anyone know what happened? Is this the work of vandals, or are they just doing routine maintenance, or are they getting rid of it?
