NO. I HAVE TO REALLY WORK AT IT. AFTER HAVING TONIANN AT AGE 42, I STATRTED TO PUT WEIGHT ON EASILY. I EAT SMALL PORTIONS. THAT IS REALLY THE TRICK TO DIETING. I DON'T OVER EAT. I STOP AS SOON AS I FEEL MYSELF GETTING NEAR FULL. IT WORKS.

TELL ME ABOUT IT. DO YOU REMEMBER THE LOCKS FOR THE PHONE. MY GRANDMOTHER DID THAT TO US, BECAUSE THE BILL WAS TOO HIGH. THIS ROUND LOCK THAT FIT IN THE HOLE OF THE ROTARY PHONE. TRY THAT NOW WITH OUR KIDS. LOL THEY WOULD FIND A WAY TO USE IT.
