I see Universal Video is going through major transformations.

Cake shop folk(s), would you mind giving us in the 'hood a little update on how the renovation is going?

Perhaps a minor weekly update in this thread, just to sate our curiousity before you evently sate our hunger and thirst!

    We already have "Toby's Public House" nearby, Nyco.

    I just went by and saw that the Universal sign is indeed, down, and that the windows are painted over, work permits up, etc. Yay!
