Cops, cops everywhere

I don't know what the deal was but my wife and I were walking around the Slope yesterday and we saw so many copy cars and beat cops we were wondering if we missed something? They were everywhere.

Ha! They'll never take me alive

Besides...I told everybody I'd be at Ikea yesterday - so they should have just gone to Red Hook!
  • I got to say, your sig line just disturbs me a tiny bit, LOL

    it disturbs me too
  • You can all thank me for the cops. I went to the precinct personally and talked with the captain about the skinheads. Some of you like to laugh at me and make fun, but trust me, I have connections. And if you noticed, they only sent very good looking ones.
  • Bear patrol!

Do you see any bears about?

No, see it must be working.
  • The police presence in this neighborhood seems to come in waves, and I've never been able to pinpoint any particular reason they're around. Some nights I've seen two or three cops on foot posts within seven or eight blocks along 5th Avenue, then I can go weeks without seeing them anywhere other than double-parked outside 7/11.
  • This is all part of keeping the skinheads on their toes. They will never know when our coppers are around.
  • they've never once responded to any noise complaint i've ever made. good to see they haven't gone out of business.
  • Noise complaint. LOLOLOL. If you want quiet, you have to move to the suburbs. You live in a city.

  • Oh my word! I didn't know we had to pay a bear tax. I better pay up or I'll find a bear or some other livestock nipping at my muffin ass.

  • Well, well, well it certainly seems like we've found a skinhead in disguise. Probably syping to see what our next move will be. Mr. Daver, you should be banned from this board and the human race!
