WHAT ARE YOU DOING THANKSGIVING?
-
Guess these people are cold and went to bed. Even Suzie. I know Carol is awake, but just not on line. She is getting tired of this blog I think, lol.
-
I think my son is making the turkey (God help us!!) and I will make the stuffing, yams, bean casserole, etc. I will just buy dessert.
-
Actually, if I have hte energy, I can make Creme Brulee. I love it.
-
SUZIE, IS STILL UP I BET. SHE IS A NIGHT OWL. SHE COMES ON REALLY LATE SOMETIMES. I WILL CALL HER TOMORROW AND SEE WHAT'S UP
OR I WILL E-MAIL HER. I WILL E-MAIL CAROL TOO -
THAT SOUNDS GOOD. I AM COOKING THIS YEAR. MY DAUGHTER NATALIE IS MAKING PUMPKIN PIE AND APPLE PIE. SHE DOES IT WITH FRESH APPLES. SHE BAKES REALLY GOOD. I DON'T BAKE TOO MUCH. SHE BAKES ALL THE TIME. SHE MAKES GREAT BROWNIES AND CHOCOLTAE CHIP COOKIES FROM SCRATCH. SHE MAKES EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH.
-
I have a good recipe for Shredded Apple Pie. It was from a 102 year old woman I took care of for 3 years.
-
I LOVE WATCHING THE THANKSGIVING PARADE. I AM GLUED TO THE COUCH FROM BEGINNING TO END. EVEN AS A KID, I LOVED THAT PARADE BEST.
-
Really, not me, and I can't stand The Wizard of Oz, lol. They always showed that on Thanksgiving. Maybe I could take it now, but not back then.
-

-
do you remeber every year they showed w/ laurel and hardy "MARCH OF THE WOODEN SOLDIERS". ALL TIME CLASSIC MOVIE. THEY STILL RUN IT SOMETIMES
-
THEY ALSO CALLED IT 'BABES IN TOYLAND"
-
OOOPS, that's the one I really don't like, LOL. I love Blueberry Pir, warm with Vanilla Ice Cream.
-
DELICIOUS.
I THOUGHT THAT'S WHAT YOU MEANT, BECAUSE THEY DON'T AIR WIZARD OF OZ ON THANKSGIVING. LOL -
I was questioning it in my own mind as I was writing it too, lol.
