Im glad you guys had fun on here ....keep talking about recipes and cooking...and giving me all these crazy ideas.....

Festina ...I went food shopping and bought everything to make your lentil soup....but I couldnt find the macaroni....so I just bought mezzo ditale...not sure if thats similiar to yours....
p.s. Ill be thinking about you today...hope you get some good news on your Mom...

I get home from food shopping ....and now your talking about pork chops with saurkraut and apple sauce w/can of onion soup.....now I feel like making that !!!! Thanks Judy, Janet or Millie whoever started it ....lol

Thanks for asking about my breathing ....my ribs still hurt when I breathe in ...but I took a couple of my daughter Janelle's antibiotics...maybe that will work.....and my younger daughter is home today with a fever ....so there goes the whole house getting sick!

Janet ~ you aint gonna believe what I did with my cell....I tried to take the freakin thing out of the case to clean it ....and I broke the whole top off the hinge....there goes my phone....have to get my butt to Verizon

I am so happy to see Anthony U. helped Suzie out with her man riding in on a horse situation. BUT now she is stuck in the wash machine. With those legs & yellow heels you will have no problem catching someone's eye.

7 LAYER COOKIES............MY favorite !! Patsy if you want THE BEST you will find them in Sal & Jerry 6817 20th Avenue BKLYN. Not a big place but a very good Italian bakery for many things. Mildred's son cannot do with out them (maybe Mildred too ? ) The bakery sells all over S.I. thats how I found them. The container was very small (a tease)
but it led me back to Bklyn. & Xmas cannot be with out them now.

Janet.... is that the recipe you wanted (7 layer) from Dan ? if so I
can send you it. It is alot of work & also they can be frozen.

Morning Millie. I'm doing all gift cards this year. Not much up to Christmas Shopping. My kids are bigge now so they're ok with it.

Morning All. You see PATSY: The two girls, Suzie and Carol came on later after we got off the blog. They are real night owls.

Debbie: Just don't expect the worst. When I was ready to go home after my mammogram in Brooklyn, they said that I need to stay and have a sonogram, while all the other women were going home!!
During the sonogram, the technician kept going back to the same area and saying wait, and leaving the room. I knew then and there that I needed to go home and settle all my affairs and paperwork, and make arrangements for cremation. Needless to say, it was all clear. I was agonizing waiting for the results a few days later.
So, no matter what their actions are during any test, ignore it. They are not there to make us feel ok. I guess during any test, we all think the worst.
I will continue to say a prayer for you. I say " Please God, take care of Debbie, she is such a sweet girl". I decided a long time ago, just talk to God !!!

And to my mom who is going for some tests today. She just got over having lung cancer last year and is doing so well, but when she went for some tests they found a spot in the middle of her chest. She is at Staten Island hospital as we speak taking some endoscopic test. The doctors did not seem too concerned so we are praying that it is nothing to worry about.

So come on us Catholic girls and boys....lets do some heavy duty praying today!!!!!!!!!!
