Ran through reading all the pages here, I'm on "Ball Support" today, and noticed you're looking for something to bind your balls together.
YES, eggs.

The last thing written on his recipe is: Add one beaten egg and mix.

Guess if you have lots of stuffing you can add two eggs. Don't want them to wet.... and can't be dry cause they won't mold and hold together.

My husband and his friend ate bull's balls in Spain. I sat at a different table with his friend's wife. (What made it less appealing is the restaurant was in Ronda, right across the street from where they had bull fights.) They are a delicacy, but I don't get it. The pictures all around the restaurant were the dead matadors and dead bulls (gross).. not like the passa doble (sp?) like on DWTS.


Suzie - did my husband arrive already? He made good time to Staten Is. Hope he brought the whole kit, and not only his balls.
