Now he's making a mock cheesecake. It's made with apple sauce and when it is done, it is almost like eating a cheesecake. Unbelievable - and so much healthier. So I wash it down with eggnog.

I almost had stuffing balls for breakfast (which I still haven't eaten; but drinking Starbucks Christmas Blend - hi FESTINA). They (balls) smell so good - but not as good as meatballs frying..

I know I always say this but i truly mesn it. Some of my favorite holidays were when u, Aunt Netti, Uncle Johnny, John and U would come to My Grandma Tessie's house for the holidays. Terry - Peeking in one last time before I leave & I read this.... The tears are just flowing now.... I really miss those days so much & would love to have copies of the old films. I bet the Santa was Uncle Augie... lol He was scarey with a costume... lol

I will pray today for all who have left us & thank the sweet lord we were fortunate enought to have had them in our lives even for a little while...
