DO NOT PUT YOUR BREAD STUFFING IN THE BIRD
YOU CAN GET REALLY SICK
YOU CAN STUFF THE BIRD WITH HERBS AN ONION CUT IN HALF A WHOLE BULB OF GARLIC AND I PUT IN A HALF AN ORANGE AND HALF A LEMMON
SALT AND PEPPER THE INSIDE FIRST
COOK YOUR STUFFING ON THE SIDE THE SAME WAY YOU WOULD HAVE COOKED IT IN THE BIRD

I want to do the balls also. I will try it. Does the stuffing have to be a special consistancy, like extra moist, drier, etc?? Do you add eggs??
