karendritto - I got the recipe for 7 layer cookies on the web... It you want to make a delicious cookie, do I have a recipe for you:

Cloud Nine Cookies:

1 pkg almond bark
1 cup peanuts (salted)
1 Lb chunky peanut butter
4 cups mini marshmellows
2 cups of rice crispies

Melt almond bark in microwave, add in peanut butter. Mix the rest of the ingredients together well.

place 1 tsp cookie dough on wax paper for each cookie. Chill & serve.


These are one of the best cookies I have ever tasted & there is no baking required. Yeah.....
