OMG Suzie !!!! What can I say. I would donate time at a shelter, but it would break my heart and I would want to take them all home with me.
I went once to look for the grandkids dog and found myself asking which animals were up for the death sentence so I could take them. They claimed that there was no list with who was next. I just may open a rescue once I get my mind to it, lol. -

www.theanimalrescuesite.com is NOT a company. It is a full fledge CHARITY. They go to companies to get them to donate, like Purina, Iams, etc. LOL.

Thanksgiving Eve ...while I was cooking I wanted to bring my food to the shelter .....my luck ....the guys will say ...my food sucks and I'd get a ticket outside !!!!! LOL

The companies go by how many clicks they get, and then give them the food. It is definitely a write off for these companies. Even drug companies donate drugs for the needy. I am not saying the companies that donate are generous, but it is a write off for them, so why not donate??

I have to go mail Ebay items and lend my son money to get his Armada out of the shop today, so hopefully the snow will hold off. I also need gas for my generator just in case the snow does hit and knocks out the power. Then I will still have the TV and computer, he he he. That will keep me happy.
