Wedding hairstylists/makeup artists in PK Slope?

Hi guys,

I am getting married in Park Slope in July and I need a hairstylist and a makeup artist. Would love it if it was someone local. Any recommendations?

I would really prefer that the makeup artist is GREAT at covering up blemishes as I tend to break out under stress

She is based in W-Burg, but Bridget is pretty amazing - I use her for work (photo shoots, videos), although she does events as well: http://bridgethenry.com/

My friend got her hair and makeup (and the bridesmaid's hair) done at Element on 4th Ave and 2nd Street (or 3rd, I'm not sure). They did a great job and gave us all free bagels and champagne, which was a nice touch
