Sterling and Franklin? — Brooklynian

Sterling and Franklin?

I was walking home from the subway and noticed a new ... something ... open on Sterling just west of Franklin Ave. It was a tiny space, had two girls sitting at desks, bright green walls, art hanging...and I could not figure out what it was. Any idea?

  • Was it the place on the North side of the street? That's not too tiny, so I bet that's not what you're talking about, but from what I hear it's a combo of a bunch of businesses (uniform sales, PR, tax help, notarizing, etc.)
  • it was on the north side of the street -- i walked past and i barely fit the 2 desks the girls were sitting at. there was a door behind them though ... maybe they're the front desk people and then there's more behind it? the room that was lime green looked more like a window display at macy's or something, size-wise.
  • Yep, that's it. They're very friendly. When I popped in, they listed off all they do in there, so much I have trouble remembering. I think it's some sort of shared office space/ uniform store.
  • ok cool. i got off the B45 in front and the bus driver asked me what it was. i said i wasn't sure, but a guy getting on said it was a place to help people get an apartment .

    thanks!
