Xmas tree delivery in the Slope?

Anyone know of a place that will deliver a Christmas tree to the South Slope (20th St.)? My roommates and I are currently car-less and aren't excited about dragging a tree up 6th Ave. from CVS. Also, how much does delivery typically cost?

    Don't know about delivery, but we've got a guy with trees on 16th Street off of PPW.

    No idea, I have never heard of any of them doing delivery-but, then again, I have a car.

    Why not just stick it in your shopping cart and roll it home? i see people do that all the time

    rent a zip car! there are discounts on the convertible minis since its winter.

    I bought a tree from the Boy Scouts at JJ Byrne Park (5th ave. between 3rd and 4th Sts.) -- they set up there every weekend in December. They offered to deliver it and have a van set up for the purpose.

    I hope the kids don't actually drive the van -- they seem a little young to have drivers' licenses -- but they were definitely trying to promote the delivery option (it might even have been free delivery). Their trees range from $20 - $80 -- I got a nice one for $40.

    The van delivery is free.
