Try Lana Halvorsen at Bodycraft Pilates Studio on PPW at 9th St. My wife had chronic shoulder and neck problems and had gotten no relief from orthopaedists, physical therapists, or massage therapists. She's now 99% cured (when she's conscientious about doing the exercises...)
