Did anyone go to the PS Snowflake thing last thursday (stores stay open late, have stuff for people, etc.)?

Is it fun enough to make it a point to go? are there good offerings?

Your community businesses are staying open later to cater to you....what else do you need? Some serve food, wine, sales, etc.

How late to the stores tend to stay open? I have a holiday party at work tonight, then an early morning flight tomorrow (ug!) but need to get some gifts before the flight... maybe I'll do some drunken shopping if things are still open when I get back to the nabe.

just got back from the snowflake thing...weather was a bitch, which was so sad. Spent some money and had a good time, as dripping wet as we were.

And, for retailers listening, thanks so much for participating. We purposefully didn't go into stores that didn't, and tried to do our part for buying brooklyn. May next year bring snowflakes (or at least clear skies)!!

I really wanted to go to this, but I've only recently recovered from a bad cold, and I was not going to walk in all this chilly rain (gotta be healthy for the Christmas parties). I wish there was a rain date.
