Snow Shovelers

Hi,
Our coop wants to hire a RELIABLE person to shovel snow from our stoop and adjacent side walk.

Two questions:

Anyone know of someone who can do this?

What is the going rate? Is it per shoveling or retainer/monthly fee?

THanks

  • why not just get a couple of kids to do it. I used to walk for blocks knocking on doors getting a couple of bucks to shovel snow. Im sure there are still kids doing this....

This is a nice idea but from another era. I don't think it's is a viable option. First I don't think that you could even find kids to do it. If you could you'd probably have to do it every time it snowed and then the is timeliness. If it is a building you don't want to wait for school to get out or for the kids to show up
