Hello all -- Suzie G --- Didn't get your e-mail as you mentioned - Terry - good to know you're still on here. I wish to take this moment to thank everyone who has made an effort to find Dorothy. Most of you have made very sincere and heartfelt comments about my posts. It was more than "you never forget your first love". I am not ashamed to say that after so many years 1967 - my heart and thoughts are forever linked with her. I treated her with the deepest respect for I feared everyday that I would lose her. Alas, my time came the day I arrived home and for awhile things looked bleak. Her Mom was a savior to me in every sense of the word. I have only her pictures to remind me of happy times in my life and sadly my eyes are becoming swollen. I can only hope that someday she can tell her daughter that someone truly loved her when she was young and showed her the respect a woman should command. Merry Christmas to all and Happy holidays - stay healthy. Respectfully, Gary (p.s. I can't get e-mails thru this site so if you want to e-mail me it's [email protected])
  • Hello Mildred --- a big hello from the sunshine state
  • It is very cold here now. We are going to get snow tomorrow and it is very windy. Have much to do in this nasty weather.
  • I spent most of my life in NY and NJ and came here in 2003. I certainly don't miss the weather. Do you still live in Bklyn? I still have many friends throughout Brooklyn. I may visit next year sometime. I am retired but work part-time at a local radio station - Mr. DJ at your service specializing in oldies.
